About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About refugees"

1. State Article 1 in the following edition:
"Article 1. The legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on refugees the Legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on refugees is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and consists of this Law, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also the international legal acts recognized by Tajikistan.".
2. To state the name of Article 2 in the following edition:
"Article 2. Basic concepts".

In paragraph four of part of 1 Article 5, to Article 7, paragraph one of part 10, in paragraph seven of part 1 and paragraph one of part 2 of Article 12 of the word "normative and legal" and "normative-legal" respectively shall be replaced with words 2 Articles "normative legal" and "normative legal".
4. In Article 6:
- in part 4 "legislation" shall be replaced with words the word "regulatory legal acts";
