About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the museums and museum fund of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the museums and Museum fund of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2000, No. 5, the Art. 262) the following changes:
1. In all text of the Law, except for parts 2 of Articles 4 and 14, of the word "central state body culture" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "authorized state body in the field of culture" in the corresponding cases.
2. Regarding the 2nd Article 4 of the word "Central State Body Culture" shall be replaced with words "Authorized state body in the field of culture".
3. Regarding the 2nd Article 14 of the word "the central state body culture" shall be replaced with words "the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic".
4. Regarding the 2nd Article 16 of the word "interstate agreements" shall be replaced with words "the international treaties which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic".
5. Regarding the 2nd Article 17 of the word"," to exclude local public administrations.
6. Regarding 1 Article 23 of the word "Local Public Administrations and Bodies" to replace with the word "Bodies".
7. State Article 25 in the following edition:
"Article 25. Creation of the museums in the Kyrgyz Republic
The museums in the Kyrgyz Republic are created in the form of organizations according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation the Kyrgyz Republic.".
8. To recognize part 3 of Article 27 invalid.
9. To recognize part 3 of Article 28 invalid.
