RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF THE AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC

About modification in "The rule of provision of providing and compensations to the staff of diplomatic service", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 21, 2008 No. 11

According to the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the government budget of the Azerbaijan Republic for 2012" of December 19, 2011 the No. 546 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Make the following changes to "The rule of provision of providing and compensations to the staff of diplomatic service", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 21, 2008 No. 11 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2008, No. 1, Article 41; 2010, No. 4, Article 359):

1.1. give the second paragraph of Item 1.6 in the following edition:

"1.6-1. In diplomatic representations for carrying out financial accounting and reporting work the position of "the attache on financial questions" is provided and it is brought in the staff list of diplomatic representation.";

1.2. add Item 1.13-1 of the following content:

"1.13-1. The expenditure of the financial resources which arrived into the account of diplomatic representation is performed only based on the document submitted to bank, signed by the head of the specified representation (or the replacing his face) and his attache on financial questions.";

1.3. in Item 5.3 after the word to "Rules" to add the word" (taking into account cases of establishment of the special territories by regional authorities for residence of staff of diplomatic representation in the country in which the diplomatic representation, and availability of the residential buildings which are in property of the Azerbaijan Republic performs activities)";

1.4. give Appendix No. 2 to the specified Rules - the table "Regulations of providing diplomatic service with the residence of the employees working in diplomatic representations and consulates of the Azerbaijan Republic" in the following edition:
