About entering of amendment into Article 53 of the Education law No. 547-XIII of July 21, 1995

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - Article 53 of the Education law No. 547-XIII of July 21, 1995 (1995, No. 62-63, of the Art. 692), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (5-1) following contents:

"(5-1) cannot occupy teaching, scientific, auxiliary and pedagogical and managerial positions in the field of education of person with the criminal record including extinguished for making of crimes against minors, against public health or the hostel.".

Art. II. - To the government in three-months time to bring the regulations into accord with this law.
