1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 12, 2007 No. 943 "Questions of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 38, the Art. 439) the following changes:

To be reworded as follows the regulations on the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies approved by the specified resolution according to appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
