About introduction of amendments to decrees of the President of the Republic of Belarus of August 6, 2009 No. 10 and of May 7, 2012 No. 6

1. Make changes to the following decrees of the President of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in subitem 2.2 of Item 2 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of August 6, 2009 No. 10 "About creation of additional terms for investing activities in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 188, 1/10912; 2011, No. 65, 1/12581):
the fifth to exclude the paragraph;
to consider paragraphs of the sixth or eighth respectively paragraphs the fifth or seventh;
1.2. in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of May 7, 2012 No. 6 "About stimulation of business activity in the territory of averages, small residential locations, the rural zone" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 53, 1/13491):
1.2.1. in Item 1:
from the paragraph of the fourth subitem 1.1 of the word" to exclude contributions to the innovative funds formed according to legal acts";
the fourth subitem 1.2.1 to exclude the paragraph;
in paragraph one of subitem 1.4 and in paragraph one of subitem 1.5:

2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication, extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2013 is temporary and according to part three of article 101 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus is submited National assembly of the Republic of Belarus.
