in Rules of rational use of the lands of agricultural purpose approved by the specified resolution:

"8. Content indicators in the arable horizon of general humus, the weighted average content of easily hydrolyzable nitrogen, mobile phosphorus and exchange potassium are determined by results of the agrochemical examination of soils conducted with recurrence once in seven years - on rain crop and once in five years - on irrigation, and compared to the indicators fixed by primary (basic) round of agrochemical inspection.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
