1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work of the workers who are not belonging to the category of the government employees and occupied in public institutions including the organizations subordinated to state bodies of the executive authority" of July 11, 2008 No. 372 the following changes:

in appendix 1:

- in the name of the word "Ministries of Natural Resources of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "The state agency of geology and mineral resources under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic";

- state the Section IV in edition according to appendix to this resolution;

- recognize the Sections V-VI invalid;

- to state the note to the Sections IV-VI in the following edition:

The head of State cartography is granted the right in case of accomplishment of all types of land works to apply coefficients to official pay rates:

- from 1 to 2,5 - during the field works;

- from 1 to 2,0 - during the cameral works".

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2013.
