Part one of Article 25 to add 1) with the subitem 8 of the following content:
"8) the address of the federal executive body authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation, about issue of visa to the foreign citizen who is the representative or the employee of the large foreign company carried to that on the indicators of financial and economic activities established by the Government of the Russian Federation, and the performing investment in the territory of the Russian Federation, or the company participating in projects implementation of creation of the innovative center "Skolkovo" or international financial center in the Russian Federation, answering to the criteria established by the Government of the Russian Federation, sent to diplomatic representation or consular establishment of the Russian Federation.";
Part third of Article 25.6 to add 2) with the offer of the following content: "To the foreign citizens who are representatives or employees of the companies specified in the subitem 8 parts one of article 25 of this Federal Law, the ordinary business visa is issued for a period of up to five years.".
