1. Create Public institution "Republican Center of professional orientation and development of professional education".
2. Accept in republican property property of Sports society "Manpower reserves" according to the decision 8 of its Conferences of July 22, 2012 and transfer to fixed assets of Public institution "Republican Center of professional orientation and development of professional education".
3. To perform financing of Public institution "Republican Center of professional orientation and development of professional education" within financing and the staff list provided for Sports society "Manpower reserves".
4. To the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan within two months to resolve organization-legal issues of Public institution "Republican Center of professional orientation and development of professional education".
5. To the state committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan to make corresponding changes to accounting data.
6. Exclude from the List of educational institutions of system of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 28, 2006, No. 594 "About the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan", words "Sports society "Manpower reserves" and to add with the new paragraph of the following content:
