About the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan

3. Transfer initial professional educational institutions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan with preserving established posts and financing to the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan.

4. Permit the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan to have 4 deputy ministers, including the one first deputy and board of the Ministry as a part of 7 people. Set limit on content of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan of cars in number of 5 units.

5. Perform financing of central office of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan at the expense of means of the republican budget.

6. To the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan in two-month time:

- develop and provide the provisions of bodies provided in the scheme of management of the Ministry for consideration of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- provide offers on introduction change and amendments to industry regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan;

I. General rules

1.
