1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for inclusion of state bodies and the state legal entities, provisions on whom are approved by acts of the legislation, in the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
2. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2009 No. 229 "About the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 55, 5/29348; No. 131, 5/29780; No. 174, 5/30194; 2011, No. 102, 5/34398) following amendments and changes:
2.1. in Item 2:
the paragraph one of part one of subitem 2.1 to add with words ", administration of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park";
exclude subitem 2.2;
2.2. in Regulations on the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs approved by this resolution:
2.2.1. Item 2 after the words "in the Republic of Belarus" to add with the words "about state bodies and the state legal entities, provisions on whom are approved by acts of the legislation;
2.2.2. in item 4:
in part one:
to exclude the paragraph of the sixth;
