About modification of the Regulations on Public service of mountain supervision and industrial safety of Ukraine

1. Bring in the Regulations on Public service of mountain supervision and industrial safety of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 No. 408, such changes:

The subitem 1 of Item 3 after words of "industrial function" to add 1) with words of "the state market supervision within the sphere of the responsibility";

The subitem 17 of item 4 to state 2) in such edition:

"17) exercises the state market supervision within the sphere of the responsibility".

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
