1. Approve Regulations on Public service of mountain supervision and industrial safety of Ukraine it (is applied).
2. Determine that Public service of mountain supervision and industrial safety of Ukraine is legal successor of the State committee of Ukraine on industrial safety, labor protection and mountain supervision.
3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:
bring in six-months time the decisions into accord with this Decree;
resolve issue concerning placement of Public service of mountain supervision and industrial safety of Ukraine in rooms of the building on Ulitsa Esplanadnoy, 8/10, in Kiev.
4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
