The supreme Eurasian economic council at the level of heads of states solved:
1. Bring in the List of sensitive goods on which the Commission of the Customs union makes the decision on change of rate of import customs duty consensus, No. approved by the Decision of Interstate Council of Eurasian economic community (The Supreme body of the Customs union) at the level of heads of states of November 27, 2009 18, the following changes:
The name to state 1) in the following edition:
"The list of sensitive goods on which the decision on change of rate of import customs duty is made by Council of the Eurasian economic commission";
2) to exclude line items according to appendix No. 1;
3) to include line items according to appendix No. 2.
2. To the governments of the Parties together with the Eurasian economic commission to continue work on optimization of the List specified in Item 1 of this Decision.
