About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state registration of legal entities, branches (representations)"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state registration of legal entities, branches (representations)" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 2, the Art. 130) the following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 6:

in parts 3 and 4 of the word "registering body" to replace with the word "Government";

to add part 8 after words of "branches (representations)" with words of "financial credit institutes";

5. In Article 10:
