According to Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2012 "About modification and amendments in presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2005 No. 9 and of November 19, 2010 No. 599" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 416

1.  No. 82 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 30.01.2017

2. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1592 "Questions of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 106, 5/9345; 2010, No. 71, 5/31466; 2011, No. 7, 5/33130; No. 24, 5/33363; No. 60, 5/33808):

2.1.1. add Item 5 with subitem 5.55 of the following content:

"5.55. conducts and informs organizers of gamblings the list of the physical persons limited in visit of gambling institutions;";

2.1.2. to add appendix 2 to this Provision with Item 44 following of content:

"44. About procedure for maintaining and bringing to data of organizers of gamblings of the list the physical persons limited in visit of gambling institutions

part four of Item 141 of the Regulations on implementation of activities in the field of gaming on territories of the Republic of Belarus";

2.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 18, 2011 No. 211 "About some measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 19, 2010 No. 599" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 24, 5/33363):

2.2.1. in Regulations on the procedure for content of casino approved by this resolution:

in part one of Item 12 of the word of "restaurant or bar" and "restaurant and (or) bar" to replace respectively with words of "the shopping facility of public catering" and "the shopping facility of public catering";

in Item 18:

in word part one of "restaurant and (or) bar" shall be replaced with words "the shopping facility of public catering";

to exclude from part two of Item 8 of the word "and accounting";

This resolution becomes effective after its official publication, except for the paragraph of the sixth subitem 2.2. 1, paragraph of the seventh subitem 2.2. 2, paragraph of the eighth subitem 2.2. 3, the paragraph of the fourth subitem 2.2.4 of Item 2, becoming effective since January 22, 2013, and also Item 1, the paragraph of the fourteenth subitem 2.2.3 and the paragraph of the eighth subitem 2.2.4 of Item 2, becoming effective since January 27, 2013.
