"d) receipt of permission of body of federal state energy supervision to the admission to operation of objects of the applicant (except for objects of persons specified in Item 12 of these rules which technological accession is performed to power networks by tension class to 10 kV inclusive, and objects of persons specified in Items 12 (1), 13 and 14 these rules);".
