The paragraph third Item 6 of Rules for apportionment between participants of foreign economic activity of the tariff quotas concerning fir-tree ordinary or firs white European and pines ordinary, taken out out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation and the territory of the State Parties of agreements on the Customs union to the third countries, except for the European Union approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 30, 2012 N 779 "About the tariff quotas on separate types of forest products of the coniferous breeds which are exported out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation and the territory of the State Parties of agreements on the Customs union" (Russian Federation Code, 2012, N 33, Art. 4677), to state in the following edition:

"since 2013 - the period from January 1 to December 31 each three years preceding the year which is previous for year on which the tariff quota is established.".
