Some questions of the Public sanitary and epidemiologic service

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 05.04.2014 No. 85

2. To the Ministry of Health together with the Public sanitary and epidemiologic service to resolve issue concerning education in accordance with the established procedure:

public institutions of the Public sanitary and epidemiologic service for laboratory testing and tool researches with the total number of workers no more than 22 098 people;

public institutions of the Ministry of Health for rendering the organizational and methodical, advisory and practical help with questions of the prevention, reaction and minimization of effects of the emergency situations connected with biological pathogenic agents, risk minimizations of emergence of the biological threats and emergency situations caused by especially dangerous infectious diseases which can have the international value and pose threat for the population of Ukraine, question of biosafety, biosecurity, implementation of the information and analytical, consulting and organizational and methodical work in the field of health care directed to control, carrying out monitoring and prevention of diseases with the total number of workers no more than 363 persons.
