About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 30, 2012 No. 96

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 30, 2012 No. 96 "About approval of the State program of assistance of employment of the population of the Republic of Belarus for 2012" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 18, 5/35198) the following changes and amendment:
1.1. in Item 3 of the word of "Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection" shall be replaced with words "state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population";
1.2. in the State program of assistance of employment of the population of the Republic of Belarus for 2012 approved by this resolution:
1.2.1. in part six of Chapter 4 of the word "Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection (further - Fund)" and "Fund" to replace respectively with words "state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population (further - fund)" and "fund";
1.2.2. in Chapter 5 part two:
in the paragraph the second to replace figures of "189,9" and "127,1" respectively with figures of "188,1" and "125,3";
in paragraph three of figure of "78,5" and "40,"" to replace respectively with figures of "76,7" and "39,3";
in paragraph four of figure of "19,9" to replace with figures of "15,2";
in paragraph five:
to replace figures of "3,1" with figures of "2,9";
to replace the word of "Fund" with the word of "fund";
1.2.3. in Chapter 7 part two:
replace figures "225 925 690", "192 475 690", "189 132 390" and "33 450 000" respectively with figures "230 908 690", "192 258 690", "188 915 390" and "38 650 000";
to replace the word of "Fund" with the word of "fund";
1.3. in appendix 1 to this State program:
1.3.1. to state the name of the column "Social Security Fund of the Population of Ministry of Labor and Social Security" in the following edition:
