Owing to implementation of the measures provided in the Action plan on elimination of non-tariff barriers in trade approved by the Order of the Government No. 824 of November 7, 2011 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 192-196, 903), and also for the purpose of ensuring their positive influence on business activity the Government DECIDES:
1. Accept the Report for the first half of the year 2012 on the course of accomplishment of the Action plan on elimination of non-tariff barriers in trade approved by the Order of the Government No. 824 of November 7, 2011.
2. Approve changes which are made to the Action plan on elimination of non-tariff barriers in trade approved by the Order of the Government No. 824 of November 7, 2011 (are applied).
