About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation in connection with enhancement of legal regulation of state registration of acts of civil status

Bring in the Family code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, N 1, the Art. 16) the following changes:
The paragraph third Item 2 of Article 25 to add 1) with the words "or in the place of state registration of marriage";
Article 72 to add 2) with Item 5 of the following content:
"5. Within three days from the date of the introduction in legal force of the judgment about recovery in the parent rights the court sends the statement from such judgment to body of civil registration in the place of state registration of the birth of the child.";
3) Article 76 to add with Item 3 following of content:
"3. Within three days from the date of the introduction in legal force of the judgment about cancellation of restriction of the parent rights the court sends the statement from such judgment to body of civil registration in the place of state registration of the birth of the child.".
Bring in the Federal Law of November 15, 1997 N 143-FZ "About acts of civil status" (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, N 47, Art. 5340; 2002, N 18, Art. 1724; 2008, N 30, Art. 3616; 2011, N 27, Art. 3880; 2012, N 31, Art. 4322) following changes:
1) in paragraph five of Article 5 of the word "the documents confirming the facts of state registration of acts of civil status" shall be replaced with words "the documents confirming availability or lack of the facts of state registration of acts of civil status";
2) in paragraph one of item 4 of Article 6 the word "facts" shall be replaced with words "availability or lack of the facts";
