Make change to Regulations on procedure for imposing on subjects of managing of penalties for the violation of the law in industry of power industry and the sphere of heat supply approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 21, 1999 No. 1312 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 30, Art. 1518; 2008, No. 86, the Art. 2883), having replaced in the text of the word "National Commission of Regulation of Power Industry" in all cases with the word "NKRE".
