These rules of issue of permissions to burning in torches of associated and (or) natural gas (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 24, 2010 "About subsoil and subsurface use" (further - the Law) and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 5, 1996 "About emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature".";
2) parts two to exclude the subitem;
to state part one of Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. Permission to burning in torches of associated and (or) natural gas (further - combustion of gas) is issued by authorized body in the field of oil and gas in coordination with authorized bodies on studying and use of subsoil and industrial safety.";
and 5 to state items 4 in the following edition:
"4. The authorized body in the field of oil and gas sends the project of permission to combustion of gas with necessary documents for review to authorized bodies on studying and use of subsoil and industrial safety.
