1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for determination of the prices (rates) for goods (works, services) the business entities regulated by the state.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of January 5, 1996 of N3 "About Approval of Regulations on Procedure for Application of Penal and Economic Sanctions for Antitrust Violation, Price Discipline and Consumer Protection and about Procedure for Forming and Use of the Prices and Rates in the Goods Markets of the Kyrgyz Republic".

3. Publish this resolution in mass media.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on State commission under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on the antimonopoly policy.
