1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for calculation of professional years of service for determination of the right to early professional pension approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 9, 2008 No. 1488 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 248, 5/28504), the following amendments and change:
1.1. in Item 11:
add Item with subitem 11.6-1 of the following content:
"11.6-1. during the periods of the work specified in subitem 10. 14, - the work periods as health workers specified in subitems 10.1 and 10.2;";
subitem 11.7 after words "subitem 10. 4, -" to add with words "the periods of the same work specified in subitem 10. 1,";
in subitem 11.9 of the word "first" and "second" to replace respectively with words "second" and "third";
1.2. to add Item 14 after words of "insured person" with words ", issued based on the statement and documents confirming special years of service in accordance with the established procedure, represented by this insured person".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
