1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for calculation of professional years of service for determination of the right to early professional pension.
2. To make to Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection explanations concerning calculation of professional years of service for determination of the right to early professional pension according to the legislation on professional pension insurance.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2009.
