1. Determine that transportations of sugar beet and press beet are performed by railway transport public in the intra republican message on the rates of the price list No. 10-01 for freight rail haulings in the intra republican message (Tariff management No. 1 of the Belarusian railroad) approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2002 No. 3 indexed according to the legislation (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 17, 8/7704; 2009, No. 18, 8/20110), using to them decreasing coefficient of 0,9.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication and is effective till December 31, 2012.
