About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 12, 2012 No. 40
For the purpose of establishment of optimum order sizes on delivery (procurement, delivery) in 2012 of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals for the state (republican) needs the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 12, 2012 No. 40 "About the purchase order (procurement, delivery) in 2012 of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals for the state (republican) needs" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 10, 5/35115) of change and amendments, having been reworded as follows it it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
