Recognize invalid orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 01, 2006 as No. 87/5 "About approval of the Regulations on the qualification commission of notariate", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 01, 2006 on No. 1253/13127 (with changes), of December 12, 2008 No. 2152/5 "About approval of the Procedure for increase in skill level of private notaries according to succession law", No. 1188/15879, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 12, 2008 and of February 07, 2009 No. 224/5 "About approval of procedure for holding qualification examination for persons to whom within three years after receipt of the certificate on the right to occupation notarial activities did not perform notarial activities", registered in the Ministry of Justice on February 12, 2009 on No. 136/16152.
2. Department of notariate, bankruptcy and functioning of the central certifying body (Chizhmar K. I.):
2.1. Provide provision of this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 03, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of normative legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
2.2. Bring this order to the attention of chiefs of head departments of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol.
3. To chiefs of head departments of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol to provide proper accomplishment of this order.
