"Article 17 (1). The list of faces tied with terrorism
The list of faces tied with terrorism is constituted by the State committee of homeland security of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan based on the statement of the Attorney-General of the Republic of Tajikistan recognizes the organization (its branch and (or) representation) by the terrorist organization. Physical persons are recognized terrorists the judgment according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan. Copies of the specified decisions go to the State committee of homeland security of the Republic of Tajikistan for entering of physical persons and organizations into the list of faces tied with terrorism.
The state committee of homeland security of the Republic of Tajikistan also enters in the list persons connected with terrorism, the physical persons and the organizations recognized by terrorists or the terrorist organizations according to the resolutions of the Security Council of the United Nations and (or) the international legal acts recognized by Tajikistan.
The copy of the list of the faces tied with terrorism with necessary information concerning these persons, without delay goes the State committee of homeland security of the Republic of Tajikistan to the subjects who are directly fighting terrorism and to authorized body on counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way and to terrorism financing for execution of actions for counteraction to terrorism and taking measures to freezing of financial resources or other property of these persons.
