About fight against terrorism
This Law determines legal and organizational basis of fight against terrorism in the Republic of Tajikistan.
The purposes of this Law are:
realization of state policy in the field of fight against terrorism;
implementation of the international obligations of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of fight against terrorism;
legal regulation of the relations connected with fight against terrorism;
forming at the population of the republic of situation of intolerance to terrorism;
identification, the prevention and suppression of terrorist activities, elimination of the reasons and conditions generating terrorism.
The legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on fight against terrorism is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and consists of this Law, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also the international legal acts recognized by Tajikistan.
