1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 25.05.2009 No. 308 "About approval of the Regulations on provision of the credits by the National Bank of Ukraine Fonda of guaranteeing household deposits", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 16.06.2009 for No. 522/16538, such changes:
1.1. In preamble of the word and figures of "requirements of articles 5 and 42 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 14, of 23, 24 and 25 Laws of Ukraine "About Fund of guaranteeing household deposits" shall be replaced with words also in figures of "article 42 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 9, of 12, of 19, of 22, of 23, 25 Laws of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits".
1.2. In Item 2 "calculating" to replace the word with the word "settlement".
