About approval of the Regulations on provision of the credits of Fund by the National Bank of Ukraine of guaranteeing household deposits
According to requirements of article 42 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 9, 12, 19, 22, 23, 25 Laws of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", for the purpose of ensuring depositor protection of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: banks
1. Approve Regulations on provision of the credits of Fund by the National Bank of Ukraine of guaranteeing household deposits which are applied.
2. To department of monetary policy (N. I. Grebenik) after state registration of the resolution to bring its content to permission of Department on management of currency reserve and implementation of transactions in the public market (M. O. Melnichuk), to Operation management of the National Bank of Ukraine (V. D. Shchutsky), the Central clearing house (Yu. L. Bendersky), to Fund of guaranteeing household deposits for use in work.
3. The resolution becomes effective in 10 days after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
