About licensing of activities in the field of designing and construction

Based on article 5 of the Federal law "About Licensing of Separate Types of Activity" Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve enclosed:
Regulations on licensing of activities for building designing and constructions of I and II levels of responsibility according to state standard;
Regulations on licensing of activities for construction of buildings and constructions of I and II levels of responsibility according to state standard;
Regulations on licensing of activities for engineering researches for construction of buildings and constructions of I and II levels of responsibility according to state standard.
2. Determine that the licenses for implementation of designing and construction of buildings and constructions, engineering researches for construction issued in accordance with the established procedure before adoption of this resolution are effective concerning the types of activity listed in Item 1 of this resolution during the term specified in them.
3. Recognize as N351 "About Approval of the Regulations on Licensing of Construction Activities" which voided Items 1 and 3 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 25, 1996 (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, N 14, the Art. 1456).
