About modification of the Regulations on planning and procedure for conducting inspection checks

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and Articles 9, of 66, of 67, of 71, 72 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of ensuring fulfillment of requirements of Item 11 of the Section X of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on planning and procedure for conducting inspection checks approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 17.07.2001 No. 276, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 15.08.2001 for No. 703/5894 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 13.10.2011 No. 366), such changes:

1.1. In Chapter 1:

to add Item 1.3 after the paragraph of third with the new paragraph of such content:

"members of banking group".
