1. In Rules of rendering the services of public catering approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 15, 1997 N 1036 (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, N 34, Art. 3980; 2001, N 22, Art. 2237; 2007, N 20, Art. 2438):

a) add Item 2 with the paragraph of the following content:

"The portion is understood as certain amount (weight) of ready dish of products of public catering (drink) released to the consumer for determined price which are established by the contractor in the menu (the menu or the wine list).";
