1. The Section III of the Single inventory, subject to sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control) on customs border and customs area of the Customs union approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 28, 2010 No. 299 "About application of sanitary measures in the Customs union" to add with the paragraph of the following content:
"-the goods intended for the organization and holding the XXII Olympic winter Games and the XI Paralympic Winter Games of 2014 in the city of Sochi and permitted to the room under special customs procedure according to Item 9 of the List of types of goods concerning which special customs procedure, and the goods placement conditions under such customs procedure approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 329 can be established".
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication and is effective till December 31, 2016.
