About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 5, 2008 No. 165

1. Bring in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 5, 2008 No. 165 "Some questions of scholarship providing" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 21, Art. 588; 2012, No. 20, the Art. 739) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2012.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 5, 2008 No. 165

1. Add Item 1-1 with subitem 5 of such content:

"5) the minimum ordinary (regular) academic grant in the amount of:

for pupils of professional educational institutions - 275 hryvnias a month;

for students of the higher educational institutions I-II of level of accreditation who study on educational qualification "junior specialist" or "bachelor" level - 550 hryvnias a month;

for students of the higher educational institutions III-IV of level of accreditation who study on the educational and qualification levels "bachelors", "specialist" or "master" - 730 hryvnias a month.".

2. In paragraph one of Item 1-2 of the word and figures "Establish since 2012" shall be replaced with words and in figures "Establish since January 1, 2012".
