About the sizes of grants in the state and municipal educational institutions, scientific institutions

Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve:

the sizes of grants of pupils of professional educational institutions, students of higher educational institutions, scientific institutions of the state and municipal pattern of ownership, and also winners, prize-winners and participants of intellectual competitions which are applied;

the list of specialties (specializations) for which the academic grants in the increased size, according to appendix are established.

1-1. Determine that this resolution is applied in case of purpose of grants according to the Procedure for appointment and payment of grants approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 12, 2004 No. 882 "Questions of scholarship providing" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 28, Art. 1871; 2017, No. 4, Art. 151).

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

3. To the central executive bodies, the Ministry of Education and Science, youth and sport of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, to the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations to take measures to providing with professional, higher educational institutions, scientific institutions which belong to the sphere of their management, fulfillment of requirements of this resolution for the account and within the expenses approved in accordance with the established procedure provided on scholarship providing in estimates of preschool institutions, organizations.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2017.

Sizes of grants of pupils of professional educational institutions, students of higher educational institutions, scientific institutions of the state and municipal pattern of ownership, and also winners, prize-winners and participants of intellectual competitions

1. Size of the minimum ordinary (regular) academic grant:

for pupils of professional educational institutions - 490 hryvnias a month;

for students of the higher educational institutions I-II of level of accreditation studying on educational qualification "junior specialist" or "bachelor" level except students on specialties (specializations) for which the academic grants in the increased size are established, - 980 hryvnias for month;

for students of the higher educational institutions I-II of level of accreditation studying on educational qualification "junior specialist" or "bachelor" level on specialties (specializations) for which the academic grants in the increased size are established - 1250 hryvnias a month;

for students of higher educational institutions III-IV of level of accreditation, the scientific institutions studying on educational qualification "bachelor", "specialist" or "master" level except students on specialties (specializations) for which the academic grants in the increased size are established, - 1300 hryvnias a month;

for students of higher educational institutions III-IV of level of accreditation, the scientific institutions studying on educational qualification "bachelor", "specialist" or "master" level on specialties (specializations) for which the academic grants in the increased size are established - 1660 hryvnias for month.

2. The size of social grant for pupils of professional educational institutions, students of higher educational institutions, scientific institutions from among the orphan children and children deprived of parent guardianship, persons from their number and also pupils, students who during training aged from 18 up to 23 years were left without parents:

for pupils of professional educational institutions - 1180 hryvnias a month;

for students of higher educational institutions, scientific institutions - 2360 hryvnias a month.

3. The size of social grant for persons having the right to purpose of social grants based on regulatory legal acts which establish the state privileges and guarantees for separate categories (except 2 these sizes specified in Item):

for pupils of professional educational institutions - 450 hryvnias a month;

for students of the higher educational institutions I-II of level of accreditation studying on educational qualification "junior specialist" or "bachelor" level - 890 hryvnias a month;

for students of higher educational institutions III-IV of level of accreditation, the scientific institutions studying on educational qualification "bachelor", "specialist" or "master" level - 1180 hryvnias a month.

4. Size of the academic grant of the President of Ukraine:

for pupils of professional educational institutions - 1420 hryvnias a month;

for students of the higher educational institutions I-II of level of accreditation studying on educational qualification "junior specialist" or "bachelor" level - 2130 hryvnias a month;

for students of higher educational institutions III-IV of level of accreditation, the scientific institutions studying on educational qualification "bachelor", "specialist" or "master" level - 2720 hryvnias a month.

5. The size of the personalized and academic grants founded by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

for pupils of professional educational institutions - 1180 hryvnias a month;

for students of the higher educational institutions I-II of level of accreditation studying on educational qualification "junior specialist" or "bachelor" level - 1900 hryvnias a month;

for students of higher educational institutions III-IV of level of accreditation, the scientific institutions studying on educational qualification "bachelor", "specialist" or "master" level - 2480 hryvnias a month.

6. The size of grant of the President of Ukraine to participants and prize-winners of the international student's Olympic Games on basic subjects:

to participants - 2600 hryvnias a month;

to prize-winners - 2950 hryvnias a month.

7. The size of grant of the President of Ukraine for winners of the All-Ukrainian student's Olympic Games on basic subjects and All-Ukrainian tender protection of research works of pupils - members of Small academy of Sciences - 2600 hryvnias a month.

8. The size of grant of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to winners of the All-Ukrainian student's Olympic Games on Ukrainian and literature - 2360 hryvnias a month.

9. The grant size of Taras Shevchenko to pupils of average general education educational institutions - 2720 hryvnias a month.

10. The size of grant of the President of Ukraine to winners of International contest on Ukrainian of Pyotr Yatsik and the International literary contest of student's and student's youth of Taras Shevchenko:
