About introduction of amendments to article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About securities and the stock market" rather treasury obligations
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About securities and the stock market" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 31, the Art. 268) such changes:
Paragraph one of part one to add 1) with the second offer of such content: "Nominal value of treasury obligations of Ukraine can be determined in national or foreign currency";
2) in part four:
the fifth to add the paragraph with words: "which affirm the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine according to the legislation";
add with the paragraph the sixth such content:
"Sale, payment of cash income and repayment of treasury obligations of Ukraine are performed in national or foreign currency in accordance with the terms of their placement".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
