1. Make changes to the forms of the state statistical reporting for 2012 approved by the resolution of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the statistics of October 24, 2011 No. 4 of MB (рег. No. 2283 of November 17, 2011) (Collection of legislations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2011, No. 45-46, of the Art. 484) according to appendix (Appendix is given in Uzbek).
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the moment of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
