Based on article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the State statistics" (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2003, N 12, the Art. 219) and according to the Regulations on the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the statistics approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 8, 2003 N 8 (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2003, NN 1-2, of the Art. 7), the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the statistics decides:
1. Approve forms of the state statistical reporting for 2012 according to the appendices NN 1 - 165.
2. Declare since January 1, 2012 invalid the resolution of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the statistics of November 15, 2010 of N 1-MB "About approval of forms of the state statistical reporting for 2011" (рег. N 2164 of December 16, 2010) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2010, N 50, the Art. 478).
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2012.
