About introduction and changes and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About information"

"Article 1. The basic concepts the Basic concepts used in this Law:";
- in the paragraph the twenty first "law" and "consumers" respectively shall be replaced with words words "this Law" and "users";
- in the paragraph the twenty fourth "(consumer)" and "and using her" to exclude words.
5. In Article 2:
- in the name of Article of the word of "the Law task" shall be replaced with words "tasks of this Law".
- in the text of Article the word "Law" shall be replaced with words "This Law".
6. State Article 3 in the following edition:
"Article 3. The legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on information the Legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on information is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and consists of this Law, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also the international regulatory legal acts recognized by Tajikistan.".
