About entering of amendments and changes into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2008 No. 2056

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2008 No. 2056 "About some questions of implementation of the state supervision in the field of industrial safety, safety of transportation of dangerous goods, ensuring nuclear and radiation safety" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 15, 5/29097; No. 186, 5/30246) following amendments and changes:
1.1. to add Item 1 of the resolution with paragraphs the fifth and sixth the following content:
"the list of potentially dangerous objects, productions and the related types of activity which are subject to the state supervision in the field of industrial safety;
the list of subjects and objects of transportation of the dangerous goods, productions and the related types of activity which are subject to the state supervision in the field of safety of transportation of dangerous goods.";
1.2. To be reworded as follows the regulations on the state supervision in the field of industrial safety approved by this resolution it (is applied);
1.3. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 15.12.2014 No. 1175
