2. To federal supervision of Russia on nuclear and radiation safety to bring in 3-month time the regulations into accord with Regulations on licensing of activities in the field of use of atomic energy.

Regulations on licensing of activities in the field of use of atomic energy

1. This Provision is developed for the purpose of implementation of requirements of the Federal Law "About Use of Atomic Energy" and establishes procedure and conditions of licensing of activities in the field of use of atomic energy.

2. This Provision does not extend on:

the activities connected with development, production, testing, operation, storage and utilization of nuclear weapon and military nuclear power plants;

licensing of medical radio pharmaceutical supplies, issue of permissions (sanitary passports) to the right of work with sources of ionizing radiation, issue of the conclusions about the state of health of workers (personnel) of subjects to use of atomic energy, activities for professional employee screening (personnel);

activities licensing (works, services) in the field of fire safety on subjects to use of atomic energy.
