Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the status of the deputy of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008, No. 10, the Art. 1095) the following changes:
regarding the 2nd Article 2:
in the paragraph the second:
- in the text in state language of the word "Kyrgyz Respublikasynyn Zhogorka Keneshinin" shall be replaced with words "Zhogorka Keneshtin";
- in the text in official language of the word of "the Kyrgyz Republic" to exclude;
third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"observe the Constitution and the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, to fulfill the duties for the benefit of all people, to protect sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of the Kyrgyz state".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
