Questions of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on atomic energy
For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 7, 2012 "About the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on atomic energy" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: No. 321
1. Abolish Committee of atomic energy of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan with transfer of its functions, powers and property to the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on atomic energy (further - the Agency).
2. Approve enclosed:
1) Regulations on the Agency;
2) the list of the organizations which are under authority of the Agency;
3) changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Rename the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The national nuclear center of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The national nuclear center of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on atomic energy.
4. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 22, 1992 No. 786 "About the Agency on atomic energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1992, No. 36, the Art. 553).
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
