Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of March 27, 1992 "About the status of the deputy of local council of deputies" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2006 (Vyarkho¸naga Savet's Vedamastsi of Respubliki Belarus, 1992, No. 13, Art. 217; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 6, 2/1181; 2009, No. 119, 2/1566) following changes:
1. In the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts one of Article 18 of the word "and representatives of legal entities" ", their representatives and representatives of legal entities (further - personal acceptance)".
2. Vstatye 19:
from the name of Article, parts two and third to exclude words of "citizens and representatives of legal entities";
in part five of the word "claims" and "about their elimination" to replace respectively with the words "addresses" and ", including about their elimination,".
Article 2. In article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 1992 "About veterans" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 12, 2001 (Vyarkho¸naga Savet's Vedamastsi of Respubliki Belarus, 1992, No. 15, Art. 249; The National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 67, 2/787) of the word "including in court" shall be replaced with words "other organizations, including in court, and also to individual entrepreneurs".
